Please note these Terms and Conditions form part of the contract and are accepted by confirming a booking with Bee’s Pantry. All services (other than Daily Lunch and Supper Service and Daily Supper Service) are covered by the below:

Written quotations will be provided within THREE days of agreed catering details and will be valid for 14 days from the date of the quotation. Please note that quotations may be subject to change upon receipt of further information (revised menus, drinks, increase in number of guests and general arrangements). However, fixed costs will remain the same should there be any reduction in guest numbers.
All quotations are based on set numbers of guests, of which 6 is the minimum number.
Catering Fees and Numbers
Fees are calculated using the cost of raw ingredients at the time of the quotation, however Bee’s Pantry reserves the right to amend these to cover any increases in cost i.e. VAT, unpredictable inflation in raw ingredients, an increase in preparation time, fees charged by subcontractors for late bookings or any other unforeseen cost.
Confirmation and Deposit
Confirmed details (menus, drinks, final numbers of guests and general arrangements) will be required by no later than 5 working days before the event, following this any reduction in guest numbers will not be accepted and final quoted catering fees will stand. To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the final quoted price will be required. Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer.
The final invoice will be sent within 12 hours of the event, unless there has been a substantial change to the booking resulting in the recalculation of costs. Payment is required within 5 working days of the invoice issue date by cash or bank transfer.
A nominal fee may be charged for late payment.
Delivery and Collection
In the event that delivery or collection of any equipment, crockery or glassware is required, Bee’s Pantry will make all respective arrangements. A signature may be required so please ensure that someone is present on the stated dates. Any additional costs due to access restrictions or extra time will be passed on and included in the final invoice.
Lost, Damages or Breakages
In the event of any loss, damage or breakages to either Bee’s Pantry or any hired equipment, the client will be responsible for full replacement costs, except in the case of negligence by Bee’s Pantry.
In the unfortunate event of having to cancel the booking*, the following charges will apply:
Within 2 weeks of the event date 50% of the final quoted fee
Within 5 working days of the event date 85% of the final quoted fee
Within 2 working days of the event date 100% of the final quoted fee
